On 17 October 2025, the International Conference “Ukraine Recovery: From URC-2025 to Action” will take place in Lisbon, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Portugal (CCIP).


Building on the outcomes of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC-2025) held in Rome, the event will bring together government representatives, international organizations, development agencies, and business leaders from Ukraine, Portugal, and Estonia to explore practical ways to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and modernization.
