заява МЗС щодо незаконного вивезення дітей - 21-03-2022

За отриманою інформацією, 19 березня російські окупаційні війська незаконно вивезли на територію Російської Федерації 2389 дітей, які знаходилися в тимчасово окупованих районах Донецької та Луганської областей.
Примусове переміщення цивільного населення на територію держави-агресора, зокрема дітей, має ознаки викрадення. Такі дії є грубим порушенням міжнародного права, зокрема міжнародного гуманітарного права.
Руйнуючи будинки та вбиваючи батьків, РФ позбавляє українських дітей батьківської опіки, наражає їхні життя на подальшу небезпеку на території Росії.
Закликаємо міжнародну спільноту негайно відреагувати на незаконне вивезення дітей, посилити тиск на Росію, аби змусити її припинити варварську війну проти українського народу.
Факти викрадення дітей, так само як і сотні інших фактів злочинів російських окупантів проти цивільних людей в Україні, ретельно документуються правоохоронними органами. Винні в цих злочинах будуть притягнуті до відповідальності.
According to the information received, on March 19, the Russian occupation forces illegally deported to the territory of the Russian Federation 2,389 children who were in the occupied districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Forced displacement of civilians into the territory of the aggressor state, including children, shows signs of abduction. Such actions are a gross violation of international law, in particular international humanitarian law.
By destroying homes and killing the parents, the Russian Federation deprives Ukrainian children of parental care and puts their lives in further jeopardy in Russia.
We call on the international community to respond to the illegal removal of children, to increase pressure on Russia to make it stop the barbaric war against the Ukrainian people.
The facts of abduction of children, as well as other facts of crimes of the Russian occupiers against civilians in Ukraine, are being investigated by law enforcement agencies. The perpetuators of these crimes will be brought to justice.

De acordo com as informações recebidas, no dia 19 de março de 2022, as forças de ocupação russas deportaram ilegalmente 2.389 crianças das partes das regiões de Donetsk e Luhansk temporariamente ocupadas, para o território da Federação Russa.
A deslocação forçada de civis para o território do Estado agressor, incluindo crianças, é uma evidência de sequestro. Tais ações são uma violação grosseira do Direito Internacional, em particular do Direito Internacional Humanitário.
Ao destruir as suas casas e matar os seus parentes, a Rússia priva as crianças ucranianas de cuidados parentais e coloca as suas vidas perante um perigo ainda maior, levando-as ilegalmente para a Rússia.
Apelamos à Comunidade Internacional para responder imediatamente à deslocação ilegal de crianças e aumentar a pressão sobre a Rússia para forçá-la a acabar esta guerra bárbara contra o Povo Ucraniano.
O sequestro de crianças, bem como centenas de outros crimes por parte dos ocupantes russos contra civis na Ucrânia, são cuidadosamente documentados pelos órgãos competentes. Todos os culpados desses crimes serão levados à justiça.
